Howard do you know what right hooked means? Your comment doesn’t make sense. All it takes to get right hooked is for car to pass you and turn right immediately in front of you. How is that the cyclist’s fault?
Too true! And even then, if they do happen to stumble across it, there’s no guarantee they’re going to get it back to you. Happened to me once; my bicycle — which was registered with the city as per law — was stolen. Cops found it but the cadet who was in charge of logging in the bicycles that day misread the serial number; of course it didn’t match any theft report and if it hadn’t been for the fact that I made it my business to regularly check to see what had been recovered and recognized it, it would have been sold as “unclaimed property” at the spring auction.
Sounds like a normal day. Take pleasure in realizing that all is right with the world.
Calm down Yehuda.
At least the driver did see you, not just his phone screen… :-/
So true…
If you get right hooked, chances are good you ARE doing something unsafe: riding too far to the right.
More likely that the driver is doing something unsafe.

Exactly. What a dumbass.
