You left off the part about clearing the ice and snow off the bike lane with the flames from his bagpipes. No I’m not kidding, there’s a YouTube video.
One of my fond memories of Portland two decades ago is of long summer evenings at a park in Sellwood, practicing my trackstands, watching the sun set, and listening to someone nearby playing the bagpipe.
I like how in the original video of this guy — https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnVjkE87FDY — he is riding around in a parking lot in front of a huge sign reading “KEEP PORTLAND WEIRD”.  How appropriate is that?
Unfortunately, I think the odd and charming ‘Portlandia’ tv show might have helped to create a real estate gold rush into Portland. Costs are skyrocketing and it’s getting hard to even find a place to rent, not to mention buy. Not as bad as Seattle but still pretty bad.
Yes! UniPiper gets recognition! 🙂

Prove it – I’m in need of entertainment at work….

Correlation does not equal causation, my dude.
Now that is FUNNY! I know the UniPiper personally.
