Who among us does not have at least a dozen bidons scattered about the place, most with years-old water in them? But my commuter bidon is a Kickstand Cyfclery one!
hmm of the four I have one on the bike ready to go second on the floor below the bike . It is stand by for a ride I need two. the other two empty and dry.
Not in Texas. Back when I was commuting I went through a 20 oz. bottle each way in the summer. the inbound commute was almost 5 miles plus a bus ride in the heat of the day, the home commute was 15+ in the cool of the night.
Dixie cups are disposable. I think Yehuda’s been just grabbing a new one, every time he wants to use one, instead of washing or rinsing one out, and reusing it.
EhuuuuW!

Sorry, got just one. And that one is stored open, clean and dry in my storage room 🙂
But would like to have at least one Kickstand bottle…

Um… I’m hoping this doesn’t mean he’s peeing in them. I don’t get the Dixie Cup reference. Very Fred, i know.
Water bottle? There’s the mark of a recreational cyclist. One has to have rather a long commute to say, “I’ll have to pack a water bottle.”

5 miles on a bicycle plus a bus ride? I would call that a rather long commute.
Obviously a matter of opinion 🙂

*sigh* That was a reply to Badger. Yes, I clicked on the reply link, for his post. I don’t know why it’s showing as a separate post.
