Back in ’09 or so i was at a velodrome setting up someone’s bike and asked around for a peanut butter wrench. All i got back were blank stares from the other (younger) racers…
I’m old enough to be a contemporary of Sheldon Brown — in fact, I think I might have met him in Ohio on a TOSRV or two back in ’70s — but I’ve never heard the term “peanut butter wrench” either.
