Seriously. I´ve seen lasers projecting a fragment of “your own lane” on the road, I´ve seen LED sets showing pictures and even .gifs in the wheels and what not… but such halo..s (?), just glowing spheres of light hovering near the bike… would be the best. 🙂
I don’t miss those cold morning commutes. Moved mine from the bedroom to the kitchen when I retired. Glad there are a whole bunch of other who still have to commute, though. They pay for my SS.
I am always impressed that the Christmas tree like lighting I use on dark morning commutes inspires cagers to pass me with more room than they do during the ride home. It’s seems strange but dark cold rides always feel safer and more peaceful
I put two lights at my bar, seems to help car drivers see me coming.
But lots of lights, christmas tree like looks like a god idea. As long as the drivers look where they go…

Cycle through a mild fog (or some drizzle) and you will have your light balloons!

Instead I get a lot of drivers trying to get a file or phot of me while they are driving 🙁
