I stopped using camelbag a while ago… but I hear storing it in a freezer for a while every now and then (empty, of course) is also a good way to prevent “nasty stuff build-up”…
Actually, filled with a spirit strong enough, the camelbag should survive freezing temperatures just fine… yep, that’s probably the way to go. 🙂 Killing the bacteria with alcohol AND low temperatures at the same time. 🙂
He’s just sterilizing the bladder on the camelback, right? Sounds TOTALLY legit to me… *hic*
Gotta keep those things clean, or all sorts of nasty stuff will grow in them. Regular sterilization is the smart thing to do.
