Call ’em whatever you want to, Yehuda, but just remember a couple of things …..
1) She bought them somewhere, maybe even your own shop. Make your recommendations and suggestions at the time of sale but in the end it’s her decision, not yours.
2) ONE LESS CAR!!! Dorky as it may look, she’s still out there riding, so she’s a cyclist (one of us).
3) She’s in the shop today to get some work done on her bike. This makes her a customer; thank her for choosing to come to the Kickstand rather than someplace else.
4) Lastly, if you’re going to talk smack about someone in the back room, for pete’s sake keep your voice down. You never know who’s listening, and while she may have left one of her friends might be there and overhear something you’d wish that they hadn’t.

Aero bars on a touring bike? On a 100 mile day into a 20 mph headwind, I called them a godsend.
Now we know where Little Orphan Annie went.
What kind of suicidal maniac reads while biking??
