I’m hoping to try and like Zwift as encouragement to get on the trainer more. …..but i gotta get the bike out of the garage and into the basement and…..it’s cold outside.
Unfortunately I’ve broken my wrist slipping on some ice, riding outside is fairly impossible for me in a sling. so I’m going to be playing on the trainer for a while and going off for a *cough*run*cough*
I keep riding – and loving it. 🙂 Judging by the tracks in the fresh snow on some of my usual routes (till the next day, there usually appear none or just one or two new tracks besides mine), there are not many similar enthusiasts around… but people just don´t know what they are missing. I have bought new, knobby tires for the winter, I ride somewhat slower around the corners etc. … all fine. The only thing I don´t like is the dressing up – the winter clothes and all the acccesories like gloves etc. … before I even start off from home, I would be a few blocks away already, if it was summer, riding just in a t-shirt, shorts and sandals… 🙂
Ugh… too true
Absolutely, my trainer is folded up and sitting in the corner. I actually fear using it now….

I love the subtle expressiveness of Joe’s eyebrow.

I can ride mostly as usual until the temperature gets into the 20s (Fahrenheit) and then I start to really suffer and not enjoy it.
79 days and counting! My knees hurt!
