Yehuda Moon works at the Kickstand Cyclery, lives on his bicycle and dreams of a day when everyone does likewise.
The comic strip is about two guys who run a bike shop and the challenges they face in the store and on the road. Yehuda‘s the utilitarian advocate; Joe‘s the go-fast pragmatist. Thistle Gin, a wrench and biking mom, rounds them out.

Get in his draft Thistle – then pass in his slipstream…
Cargo bike! Just run the smart… over.
Great strip:)
Yeah, I’ve dropped a few ambitious roadies that thought they could leave an Xtracycle behind.
Yep, pedalling a heavy bike makes you strong and once you get some momentum behind you, you can really get going!

I hope that this doesn’t mean we can’t comment..
Rick’s moving everything to a new platform because of the shutdown on 1 October. IIRC, the old comments are already saved, but there’s still a hurdle or two to go before leaving JS-Kit behind.
The biggest hurdle is actually migrating membership code to the new WordPress site. Moving comments was small potatoes in comparison.
I feel for you Rick.
My Wife is a database programmer – currently looking after some BBC software that manages their correspondance from viewers/listeners. With the Olympics on, the letters are manic of course. A lot of them about scheduling!
So we know what a problem it can be to control all your data and see that the right files get used etc…
Good luck with the transition
