Yehuda Moon works at the Kickstand Cyclery, lives on his bicycle and dreams of a day when everyone does likewise.
The comic strip is about two guys who run a bike shop and the challenges they face in the store and on the road. Yehuda‘s the utilitarian advocate; Joe‘s the go-fast pragmatist. Thistle Gin, a wrench and biking mom, rounds them out.

Makes me want to eat a large pretzel…
Auntie Anne’s pretzel…

I am looking forward to the comments section being more usable. i don’t understand why i should have to login again via a third party to access it. my attampts to post comments using my droid browsers are always unsuccessful. i can type into the comment fields but they never register as postable text. it is as frustrating as Yehuda looks trying to get untangled from his knot in the last frame above here.
Soon – Soon! And apologies. I should have taken care of this move awhile ago…
Here’s another new feature that the new website will have: searchable comics and comments. For instance, if you searched ‘recumbent’, you’d get back all of the strips Stu makes an appearance AND all the times recumbents are discussed in the comments section.
There will also be a ‘random comic’ button.
I’m curious will there be any chance of recovering the original comments from old comics? eg Y’s drinking problem?
Yes – all 55,000 comments from the old commenting system have been imported into the new WordPress website and are searchable. For instance, searching for ‘drinking problem’ resulted in 65 matches and the strip in question – “07/27/2011 – Make it a Double” appears in the top results.
but when I searched google for “Drinking Problem” http://www.yehudamoon.com/index.php?date=2010-04-20, there are only a handfull (maybe 7?) of comments, none of them referring to the “Airplane” movie joke
correction, only four comments not 7
Finally—Yehuda shows his inner yogi! I bet his mat fits in that handlebar bag…
Joe made some mayor changes to Yehuda’s anatomy:
he switched one of Yehuda’s feet – now Yehuda has 2 left ones
And he added another hand to Yehuda as well
Strange …
Mayor changes?
Yup… we already know he has 2 left thumbs, so it only fits…
LOL! Funny from panel to panel, 100% win today!
Agreed. This is a very good strip indeed.
