On a trike it is the ultimate as I can spin at my preferred rpm all day without fear of falling over when speed goes too low! On a Bike it may be a little less useful, but as I often find myself 'between gears' and having to either speed up or slow down to get the right speed/cadence/ratio setup, I am thinking about the NuVinci on the bike... Of course more is better, you didn’t know that?
