I hate any rack that was construsted with the idea that a bike is just about 20cm wide.
Unfortunately, that's the majority of bike racks.

I like seeing Yehuda recieve the lecture for a change and she's quite right. I can't use the rack in the expected manner because, like yehuda, there's too much stuff mounted front and back. What I do is lock up to the end, using kickstand and leaning against the end. Of course, in a busy rack these spots get taken fast, so one may need to resort to... Oh, maybe a tree? No excuse for jamming a rack like a hummer driver worried about his paint but unwilling to walk further than the four handicap spots he used.

Work rack has 3 commuters now using it now and one guy always pulls the Yehuday with 2 u locks on his frame blocking 3 bike spots. If anyone else starts bike commuting I don't know where they will lock up. Yehuday is heading for a what does the dog do when it catches the car moment. Can he handle everyone starting to bike like he does after all his effort? Is he ready?
