The comic strip is about two guys who run a bike shop and the challenges they face in the store and on the road. Yehuda‘s the utilitarian advocate; Joe‘s the go-fast pragmatist. Thistle Gin, a wrench and biking mom, rounds them out.

I’ve been making an effort to memorize license plates. Cell phone cameras are handy too. Best is high awareness of surrounding traffic, mirror, and being as visible as possible.
I’m not sure why you would try to memorise every licence plate. By then, the cars are past the point of being able to inflict any harm on cyclists.
