		<description>my city&#039;s taken the past 4 months on a tiny repaving job, the contractor&#039;s been there about an hour a day doing nothing much, the curbs are half replaced and no sign of an asphalt truck or roller yet.  street closed signs, but still mostly passable by bike.  The recycling truck makes it down there once a week too.</description>
