Yehuda Moon works at the Kickstand Cyclery, lives on his bicycle and dreams of a day when everyone does likewise.
The comic strip is about two guys who run a bike shop and the challenges they face in the store and on the road. Yehuda‘s the utilitarian advocate; Joe‘s the go-fast pragmatist. Thistle Gin, a wrench and biking mom, rounds them out.

Wow. Wisdom and insight, indeed.
I just did a 15 mile ride with some guys from the local bike shop this morning to Panera Bread for coffee. Started at 6:00 am. Still dark, 48 degree weather, forgot my gloves.
Still worth it.
48 degree weather?? That sounds balmy! I rode in to work two days ago at 7 am. It must have been around 18 degrees, and I wore my running gloves. Bad choice. It was at least 5 minutes after I was in the office before my fingers stopped hurting and there’s still some nerve damage.
Has Rick ever considered putting these strips on shirts? I’d love to have a shirt of this one and the 03/24/08 strip!!
ya these things would make excellent shirts
Riding before 6 a.m. in the summertime is like going back in time to the 1950s.
