As a heavy rider, I laugh when the LBS tries to sell me a light weight part to save weight on my bike.
My bike weighs 25 kilos. You’ll not easily find a heavier bike than that. Also, first gear of 3 is broken, so uphill isn’t that easy. But once it gets going, it’s a joy.
