I once had a ‘lady’ yell at me, while she stopped illegally to let me cross the street, that “YOU’RE ON A BIKE, YOU KNOW” then proceeded to honk at me. That’s when I gave her a blast of sign language, coupled with some education, including an allusion to the fact that I am indeed aware of my choice of vehicle. ah, that felt gooood

Cyclists aren’t required to wear a helmet because they don’t do anything except provide the illusion of safety.  It’s a stupid point.

Who’s Yehuda Moon?

Yehuda Moon works at the Kickstand Cyclery, lives on his bicycle and dreams of a day when everyone does likewise.

The comic strip is about two guys who run a bike shop and the challenges they face in the store and on the road. Yehuda‘s the utilitarian advocate; Joe‘s the go-fast pragmatist. Thistle Gin, a wrench and biking mom, rounds them out.
