Yehuda Moon works at the Kickstand Cyclery, lives on his bicycle and dreams of a day when everyone does likewise.
The comic strip is about two guys who run a bike shop and the challenges they face in the store and on the road. Yehuda‘s the utilitarian advocate; Joe‘s the go-fast pragmatist. Thistle Gin, a wrench and biking mom, rounds them out.

I once almost got clocked by a “bike ninja” of the Latin variety (a guy riding home from his job at a restaurant on a Wal-Mart MTB). I was walking along a sidewalk late at night after work. My head was turned to the left looking at this new hotel that had just been built. Suddenly, the aforementioned bike ninja practically appeared on the sidewalk out of thin air and missed me by mere inches. The real kicker was he didn’t even utter a sound as he approached me. He just rode on away.
Stick your arm out an clothsline him!
I call ‘em dead people. They just don’t know it until they get totled.
