    Happy Xmas everybody! this is a 5-happy face day :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Poor old Yehuda – he doesn’t get to play then, as I imagine that SS’s team will never have anybody drop out. Maybe he can start his own team in competition?

I have only just noticed the telescoping handle on the mallet – maybe it is a ‘trick’ mallet for reaching those long shots? ;-)

      Or a gift-box of holding…
Seems that people around Kickstand are quite familiar with this “technology”…

Ironically, the “bag of holding” tech is the one thing that would make them rich as Croesus if they could only market it to us!

One more down …. how many to go?
Coming to this site these days is like opening a reverse-Advent calendar.  Instead of counting down the days to a joyous occasion (Christmas), we are forced to count down the days until there is no more Yehuda Moon or Kickstand Cyclery.

Please, Rick, PLEASE — reconsider cutting us off cold turkey.  Even a strip a week would be better than nothing at all.

HTFU. The time not spent on this site should be good for at least two miles every morning. We’ll miss it, but we’ll live. Comfortably.

Each strip is bittersweet. Like the hours before a loved one heads back to a foreign city. I will miss YM and all of you.

FWIW, I always hoped YM & SS would get together. You don’t invest that much energy into a relationship unless there is some chemistry going on. Think pulling ponytails, which probably doesn’t happen much these days – assault & sexual harassment don’t you know.

    Merry Christmas everyone!

Don’t worry McQ – more than likely it will be back. I’ve been here since the beginning, and this is the 3rd or 4th hiatus the strip has gone on. Its annoying, but life!

The Bike Polo Mallet was better than the mitten for the rivet dancer.

Amen to the relative gift quality. SS though taunting, knows YM and cares for him.

She has an odd way of showing it. I find SS to be one hell of a bitch. Period.

A lot of us are, we don’t realize it, or we can’t help it. However, I’d like to quote George Carlin:
“All women are crazy and all men are stupid and the reason women are crazy is because men are stupid.”

Then there’s my sister in law. A complete bitch, knows it, and feels she’s justified in her attitude because the rest of the world is wrong.

How about a Yehuda Moon novel? Plenty of story lines and charachters. Just food for thought.

We’ve done this Bill, but okay, Yehuda: Woody Harrelson, Joe: Steve Buscemi, SS: Amy Poehler, Idle: Kristen Bell, Thistle: Sanaa Lathan.

Also, to Syke, HTFU? What’s the H stand for?

Who’s Yehuda Moon?

Yehuda Moon works at the Kickstand Cyclery, lives on his bicycle and dreams of a day when everyone does likewise.

The comic strip is about two guys who run a bike shop and the challenges they face in the store and on the road. Yehuda‘s the utilitarian advocate; Joe‘s the go-fast pragmatist. Thistle Gin, a wrench and biking mom, rounds them out.
