It's just a very expensive moped that uses pedal-like movement of the legs to ask for more speed. Brainless. You could get a pretty good motorcycle for less and not loose street cred with motorists when riding it.

Now would you like to try to explain baseball's 'Infield Fly Rule'?

You have two sides, one out in the field and one in.
Each man that’s in the side that’s in goes out, and when he’s out he comes in and the next man goes in until he’s out.
When they are all out, the side that’s out comes in and the side that’s been in goes out and tries to get those coming in, out.
Sometimes you get men still in and not out.
When a man goes out to go in, the men who are out try to get him out, and when he is out he goes in and the next man in goes out and goes in.
There are two men called umpires who stay out all the time and they decide when the men who are in are out.
When both sides have been in and all the men have out, and both sides have been out twice after all the men have been in, including those who are not out, that is the end of the game!

Oh I see, and the millions of naturally spread seeds from trees, weeds, flowers and grasses don't create a problem? See, it's insane to get upset over seed dispersal because there's always an uncountable number of them around at any given time from the natural world.

“This very exciting development in the inevitable move to electric two-wheelers will cost around EUR 25,000 (US$39,000) and will be available in limited quantities in 2009.”

It's now 2012, three years later, and I don't see any of these in use anywhere. Move along, people, nothing to see here.

Considering how destructive plant roots can be to sidewalks, I can understand his concern--if the flowers actually could grow there, which I rather doubt.

@The Don - Don't worry - it has a 500W motor which turns it into a motorcycle or least a moped. So only licence owners need apply and in the UK they are also illegal without some serious cash being spent on legalising it! I think the same may apply in the USA? We have different power ratings and anything over 250w in the UK will fail the test. Spend all that money to have it impounded by a knowing Policeman? I looked into getting a Mango with a motor assist a year or two back...
